1. Contact paper or vinyl decal paper ( available at most craft stores in large wallpaper roll quantities)

2. Scissors

3. A permanent marker

4. A stencil :

Directions:

1. Use a permanent marker to trace the stencil to the back of the vinyl paper

2. Cut out vinyl stickers
